This business was started by my father. Now I continue his work. My wife is taking the calls and my son helps with the organization of the technicians’ work.

I was desperate trying to understand what was wrong with my washer and tried to fix it (my dryer went out too), but no matter what I did it just didn’t work out. I lost so much time. Then I gave up and called ApplianceRepair Guys company who got me scheduled the very next day. Alex (the repairman) was fantastic, whose deep technical knowledge and great vision let him diagnose the issue and come up with the decision like a piece of cake. Seemed like he talked same language with the washer and got it fixed right away (as well as my dryer). He appeared neat, polite, masked and very confident. A great professional who made my day and brought my washer to a new life. I’m sure all the other company’s techs perform on the same high level. The company and staff attitude left a nice lasting impression. Definitely recommend!

Very punctual. Came at the time he said he would. Professional appearance. I would’ve given five stars however I had to have him come back again because there was continue water leakage from my washing machine. Evidently this was to be expected but he did not tell me this At the end of the first visit. Overall satisfied with the service

Repaired washer. The technician from HVAC & ApplianceRepair Guys was punctual and arrived on time the next day. The technician is a real professional, he quickly figured out what the problem was. Part of my washer was broken that needed to be ordered. Once the part arrived, the technician quickly repaired my washer. I highly recommend this company, I will definitely hire them in the future as soon as home appliances break down.

I highly recommend Oraz! Water started leaking from my dishwasher. I called HVAC & ApplianceRepair Guys to fix this. Oraz arrived the same day. He ordered the parts with me for a fair price and after 2 days he repaired my dishwasher. I would love to never use it again, but home appliances don't last forever and next time I need someone I will definitely contact them first!
