Renew Electric was the best choice we could have made for our electrical project. ALL of the guys were so friendly, conscientious of our home, and so very thorough. They were here 3 days giving our home a check on every electrical component in our home, adding a new generator panel, and testing everything! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the request is for a diagnostic service, we offer our services for the first hour at $150. This includes an investigation into the specific problem and does not include repair. However we will offer multiple solutions on how to get the issue resolved. We also offer free consultations on all upcoming projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ours process after initial contact includes scheduling a site visit, providing an in-person quote or general guidance, and upon approval scheduling and completing the job. All jobs require a 50% deposit before scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is made up of highly trained professionals who respect your home and have a combined experience of 20+ years.
