I contacted Renew for two projects: installing new circuits and power outlets in each bathroom of my twostory home, and relocating existing light fixtures plus installing three new pendant lights in the kitchen.From the initial call through the first visit, Alex was fantasticclear communication, responsive, and right on schedule. After reviewing my requirements, he conducted a detailed walkthrough of the house, clearly explained the plan, and provided a clear and transparent quote. The cost breakdown was straightforward with no hidden or surprise charges, which I really appreciated.Once we agreed on the scope and pricing, scheduling the work was a breeze. On the first day, the installation crew arrived exactly on time. The lead, Alex (2), introduced himself and the rest of the crew, reviewed the project details with me, and walked through the house again to confirm everything. He clearly explained the installation process, identified access points needed for the work, and then got started.The second day, focused on the kitchen work, was just as smooth. The crew was professional, well organized, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. They took great care to protect the areas they worked in and left everything clean when they were done. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the request is for a diagnostic service, we offer our services for the first hour at $150. This includes an investigation into the specific problem and does not include repair. However we will offer multiple solutions on how to get the issue resolved.
We also offer free consultations on all upcoming projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ours process after initial contact includes scheduling a site visit, providing an in-person quote or general guidance, and upon approval scheduling and completing the job. All jobs require a 50% deposit before scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is made up of highly trained professionals who respect your home and have a combined experience of 20+ years.
