- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is primarily based on volume. We will look at the following: 1 - Location 2 - Volume of trash 3 - Difficulty to load (flights of stairs, proximity to truck, etc.) 4 - Weight of trash (tile and construction is more expensive) These are factors taken into consideration when pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 - Get photos and learn more about the job. 2 - Provide a free estimate. 3 - Schedule a time. 4 - Show up on time and complete the job according to agreed upon expectations. 5 - Ask for a review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: 1 - Business owner 2 - BS from Central WA University 3 - Smith Driving School 4 - First aid/CPR 5 - DOT physical
