I live out of state and had some plumbing work needed to be done on my rental. Bello was able to schedule me on the next working day. He bought the spares on the way to the property and satisfactorily fixed the issue. He went above and beyond the discussed scope of work and didn’t charge me anything additional for it. He sent me the Home Depot receipt for the parts and didn’t up-charge like a few contractors do. I would certainly work with him again.
