The spigot repair was completed and the plumbing issue was resolved, but there were several issues with the process. The plumber cut into the interior drywall without contacting us first for approval, which left a hole in the wall requiring separate repair. In addition, comments made to the tenant about possible mold turned out to be incorrect and caused unnecessary concern. The vendor did apologize and arranged a follow-up mold inspection at no charge.
