Excellent work by Chanin. He installed double door blinds, closet organizer, and curtain rods in my Centralia home. Also removed old baby safety locks and replaced door locks. He advised me on tools needed for future jobs and actually listened with no rush. Showed up on time, charged fair pricing, and cleaned up after himself. Professional, respectful, and quality work. I would recommend him to anyone. He does an excellent job.

I recently hired Chanin from Brady Builders to paint my living room, kitchen, and hallways, as well as to install a new fence around my corner lot home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Chanin was absolutely awesome to work with. From start to finish, he was professional, pleasant, and easy to communicate with. He takes pride in his work and it really shows in the quality of the painting and craftsmanship of the fence. Everything was done with great attention to detail, and he left my home looking fresh, polished, and beautiful. Not only is Chanin talented, but he is also trustworthy and reliable, qualities that gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. Chanin was meticulous at doing the jobs ( curtain rods, art work hanging) that I hired him for. He also was willing to add on some other projects ( putting dining chairs together) that had come up since I had spoken to him. I am thrilled with all of the work and would definitely use him again for future projects.

Owner Craig King installed an Aquasana whole house water filtration system. The project was not simple and needed to be installed in a small area. Craig (Channon) was professional, knowledgeable, and purposeful with this project. Excellent work and he was still able to leave room in the water heater cabinet where it was installed for additional storage. We are in a rural area of Pacific County so Aquasana didn't have anyone that would service our area. Brady Builders was able to the job and I highly recommend them. Fair pricing, on-time work and excellent construction.

Had a great experience with Chanin of Brady's Builders. He helped us design an ornate deck skirting that had several odd dimensions. He then built it to our specifications. Chanin also sourced the materials we chose, not an easy task. We are very pleased with the results and feel we got a good value. We would gladly work with him again.
