- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing as transparent as possible minimizing any change orders. Most projects will require a 50% deposit and full payment upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an in home estimate, provide a quote on the spot and get them on schedule as soon as possible so that they have a smooth experience working with us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take time to learn about new product and materials from out vendors as well as team trainings on customer service and in home responsibilities for our crew.
