Carlos and team did an incredible job with a complex, multi-day, multi-aspect bespoke job. I had been looking for ages for a one-stop-shop and they delivered, no questions asked. They worked with my needs, schedule, and appliance requirements — and were able to anticipate everything that needed to be done, from new duct work, electrical, and gas. Great value and above and beyond work.

We moved into a home with three mini-split units. The sellers had no info on who or when they were installed (2 owners prior), and each unit had excessive copper lines coiled and hanging on the exterior. Carlos serviced and cleaned each unit, found and fixed two leaks, and cut out all the excess lines and made the units look professionally installed. He explained every step and showed me where exactly the leaks were coming from. The price was very reasonable considering the scope of work and the amount of time necessary to complete the job. Very happy customers.

We reached out for general maintenance on our split pump. They gave an estimate up front, they explained everything in detail on what they were going to do. As the work was being completed, they would pause to show us concerns about our unit as well as giving us recommendations for things we could do ourselves to keep it working optimally. Extremely satisfied with the work. We saw and heard the difference after the work was done and the split pump was turned on. We also appreciated the punctuality and responsiveness.
