We had a leak due to a connector failure. They found the source of the problem quickly while trying to minimize damage/impact. They were courteous and had our best interest in mind. Would definitely hire them again!

Got out to the site very quickly for a repair I needed done immediately. While the engine er was their, they recognized another issue and fixed that as well so very intuitive. Biggest downside is they are definitely as expensive as the National companies.

My experience with Jim Dandy was exceptional from start to finish, they were the first vendor to contact me regarding my request. They had me on their schedule and were on-sight within 3 hours of initial contact. The associate that arrived at my house was very polite and professional, they explained what the issue was and how they were going to fix it. We agreed on the rate. They went and purchased the needed parts and completed the work in about 2 hours. The associate listened to all my questions and even taught me a few things to help me as a home owner. I have worked with larger companies as seen on TV before, however for future projects I will definitely contact Jim Dandy first. Top notch service!
