Brady K came out to inspect a window I thought needed to be replaced. After taking a look, he noted the windows I have are really new and recommended I have the window repaired instead of replaced (something EcoView doesn’t do) as it should be significantly less expensive. He even found a glass repair company on the spot, called them, and got the process started for me. He gave me the exact type of window, terminology to use, and size needed when discussing with other window companies. Brady also checked another window I had concerns with and advised on how to reduce sound with the newer windows. I can’t fail to mention - he was also on time for the scheduled meeting (which we all know can be a rarity in construction type industries).
The overall experience made me wish I’d needed to replace windows so I could do business with EcoView. This was by far the most informative, cost effective, and helpful experience for a novice homeowner who knew nothing about windows - and it cost me nothing.
Thank you for providing your expertise, time, and going way above and beyond to help. Highly recommend as the consultation and booking process was flawless from beginning to end.

Jacalyn was very responsive in answering my questions regarding their service. She was thorough in her questions so the field design consultant will have an idea of what we want prior to meeting him.
Jesse was punctual on time and very professional in explaining the work process in replacing our existing sliding door with a new, quality and ecofriendly modern sliding door. He was very patient in answering all my questions and there was no “sales talk” pressure at all during our conversation.
I will post additional review after the project is done.

We had 5 windows replaced and are just thrilled with how nice they are and how well they were installed. Rodney and his helpers Mark and John for the first round and Jimmy for the second also did a nice job of keeping the house clean despite the wet weather, cleaning up afterwards, and took care of little details like reinstalling window shades, which I greatly appreciated.
