- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by the total amount of exterior cabinet square footage. That includes the cabinet box and frame work, drawer fronts and backs, door fronts and back. We do not charge for back of door/drawer square footage in pricing, though they do get done!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate them contacting Thumbtack for our services and tell them so. We strive to communicate clearly from the time of the estimate contact through the projects completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the service industry for 35 years, owning a flooring company, Harbour Flooring and currently owning WoodWorks, an interior wood restoration business. From 2000 to 2009, I co-developed a nation wide wood renewal business franchise, Nhance Wood Renewal, taking it to a nation wide franchise opportunity and one of Forbes Top Ten Franchise picks. ..From Product and Process Development, I became Harris Research's - Master Franchise Trainer and Consultant, responsible for training the new Franchisee, honing their skills to become a success in their own markets through inventive franchisee technical training and skills. I was awarded Master Trainer of the Year and Mentor of the Year for my efforts.
