Had a great experience working with Reza from ACE Glass. It was my first window replacement project so was not sure what to expect. Reza was very professional, polite, and responsive. The installations went without a hitch and the final product looks nice and so far is keeping the outer elements at bay much better than its predecessor. I would definitely recommend ACE Glass if you are looking for a window replacement.

I hope anybody that is looking to have any type of glass work done on their home, will read this review. I am 70 years old, and in the last forty years of hiring out work, to be performed on my house, Ace Glass is by far the best ever. I called in, to schedule an estimate, to have all the window panes in my thirty year old home replaced. I got ahold of Reza, the owner, right away. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate; he came out exactly, to the minute, for the time that we had set for the following day. I accepted his very fair offer for the complete project. They started the job when they said they would, and completed it three days later as Reza said they would. Reza was so concerned about having everything go perfect in every way, that he gave me his personal cell phone number, and said to call him any time of day, including in the evening, if I had any questions on how the work was being performed. His two installers were also just as caring to make the work perfect as possible. The total was exactly as quoted in the original estimate. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Ace glass. I would be happy to talk with you on the phone if you call Reza first.

Reza helped me to change my window glasses. From the very beginning I found Reza very honest and without any intention of push selling. He did a great job and helped me with my installation on time. I am so happy to work with him that I have already discussed some other projects where he will help me in future. Definitely recommend him to my friends and family and anyone who is reading this review.
Reza, All the best to you for your future assignments!

Reza was a pleasure to work with. His quote was great value and our window was replaced within a week. I would hire ACE Glass again for any future window repairs.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends about the type, location, material, time, and many other factors but in general the rough estimate over the phone does not have much difference with the actual quote. We offer a free on cite estimate as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving an estimate for the job. After acceptance we ask for 50 percent of the total price and order the material and schedule an installation day depending on the manufacturing of the ordered material.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with chain grocery stores such as Target to sport stadium to Churches around Seattle and of course residential home all over Washington.
