Let me introduce myself briefly. My background is in customer service however, I was taught by my mom and the US military to clean to white glove inspection quality. I am very reliable and trustworthy. My clients love the fact that they don't have to be home when i am there and love coming home to a clean place. I clean based on my customers' wants/needs etc. If you have different projects that you need help with, I am more than willing to do whatever I can. I am VERY flexible with my hours and many of my clients like the fact that I am willing to work any hours (daytime or middle of the night) it's never an issue as long as I have an opening at that time.

We hired Pam to come clean for our moms home yesterday (3/262021). Upon her arrival, we were immediately in love with her vibrant personality. After a short "walk thru" we hired her on the spot, and she cleaned and cleaned and cleaned for 3.5 hours. Our moms house has not been this clean in YEARS! She worked quickly and thoroughly. Mom's kitchen faucet looked like it needed to be replaced. After Pam cleaned it, it looks brand new! As does everything else. We are going to hire Pam to come clean every other week for mom. In fact, I think we are going to hire her to come do our place as well. He prices are very reasonable and her work is top notch. So glad we found Pam on Thumbtack :-)

It appeared that the previous tenants spent little time cleaning bathrooms and kitchen. Was willing to come back the next day to finish up because she didn't feel it was as clean as it could be. Pamela and Heather really put muscle into their work. Stainless steel appliances now gleam. Super happy, and arranged for monthly cleanings. Very personable and a joy having her here.

Pam was amazing. I highly, highly recommend her!! My son's apartment needed much more deep cleaning than anticipated for his move-out. Pam and her employee, Heather, worked all day to get it move-out ready. Pam told me she wanted to come back the next day because she felt she could do an even better job with a bit more time. I insisted on paying her at that point, but she still showed up the next day and worked an extra 1.5 hours. By the time she was done, the apartment was spotless and nobody would ever guess there were three dogs in that apartment.
Pam is a very hard worker and super meticulous. And she did it all for the price originally agreed upon. Again, I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially send a message to thank the client for the opportunity to quote their job and set up an appointment for a walk through so I can see exactly what they are needing done and what level of cleaning is necessary so I can give them a price quote rather then the estimate. I try and get the client quote within 24 hours after the walk through. If the client accepts the prices and wants me to do the job I set up the day and time for the job based on my availability and the clients timeline. I also find out if they are going to be there or gone while I'm cleaning and get the information on how to get in if no one is going to be there. If the client wants me to do the job I set up the day and time for the cleaning and let the client know I will text or call them approximately 1 day before
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mom taught me to clean with a proven US military white glove inspection passing ability. I work quickly and pay close attention to details like corners, windows, stairs, window tracks, bathrooms paying close attention to ensure that the area around the toilet is sanitized and safe, etc. I also mop, disinfect, dust and vacuum corners, stairs, stairwells, ceilings, light fixtures, and offer move out services.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My dad was leaving town and needed his carpets cleaned so while he was out of town I went in and cleaned the house and shampoo'd his carpets so it was all done when he got back. He called and let me know what a good job I had done and that the carpets looked amazing.
