Justin cleaned my carpets that had many stains from dog, cats and more. He came on time, was efficient, professional, friendly and the carpets were cleaner than any other cleaning job I had before. The price was also reasonable. He moved some furniture very willingly and I will be sure to call him again.

Justin, The carpet cleaning technician arrived and immediately got to work. The job was very well done, there were a few stains that he could not remove which we expected. All of the other rooms (5 total) were beautiful. Justin was courteous, professional and presented a warm and friendly demeanor something I believe is essential to customer service. He will be my first request when we carpet clean next year!

Justin arrived on time and contacted me before picking a setup location for low-pressure washing of our two-story building. Our landscape plants were pre-soaked to avoid damage from cleaning chemicals and he rinsed them again at the end of the work. Pressure washing a 40' box trailer that had been sitting around for at least 10 years. Justin came by right away to give an estimate, we hired him and he cleaned the trailer a few days after that. It looked awesome! I would definitely hire Mr. Burner again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to meet new customers while giving them a quote, but if needed I can give a ballpark quote after a few questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an IICRC Certified Carpet Cleaning Technician.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Dad owns a carpet cleaning business in Skagit County that my Grandpa owned before him. I decided to branch off and start my own cleaning company in 2008. Cleaning has been a family tradition my entire life
