- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is not so much complicated it is just a service that can not have a general pricing structure. now two jobs are alike we have to look at the technicality, difficulty and the amount of work when we are pricing a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive the information that a client need tree service we immediately contact them to schedule an on site estimate if necessary. We come out review the property and the work to be completed and provide the client with a written estimate. once the estimate is approved we schedule the client at a date which works with their schedule as well as our.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple years of tree service. We have an ISA TRAQ Certified Arborist on staff.
