- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At High Caliber Plumbing, we believe in being upfront and transparent with our customers. We offer a variety of discounts throughout the year, including options for seniors, military members, and first responders when applicable. We also provide clear pricing before work begins so customers know exactly what to expect with no hidden surprises. We do have a $100 diagnostic fee, which covers the time needed for our technicians to properly inspect and diagnose the issue. If the customer chooses to move forward with the recommended repair or work through High Caliber Plumbing, that diagnostic fee is waived. Once we identify the problem, we walk customers through their options and explain all costs before any work is performed. Our goal is to provide high-quality service at a fair value while building trust through honesty, communication, and reliable workmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with a new customer starts with listening. We take the time to understand the issue, answer questions, and gather the information needed to provide the best solution for their home or business. Once we arrive on-site, our technicians perform a thorough inspection, explain what’s going on in clear terms, and walk the customer through their options before any work begins. From there, we focus on communication, quality workmanship, and respect for the customer’s property throughout the entire job. Once the work is completed, we make sure everything is tested, cleaned up, and functioning properly before we leave. Our goal is to build long-term relationships by providing honest service, reliable solutions, and a great customer experience from start to finish.

At High Caliber Plumbing, our licensed journeyman plumbers are trained, certified, and committed to quality work. We invest in continuing education and weekly in-house training to stay current on industry standards, new technology, and customer service best practices. Our goal is to provide reliable, knowledgeable service backed by experience and ongoing improvement.
