I typically have one large project going and multiple small ones that fill in the time gaps. We love the before and after effect of construction. John and his crew transformed my home and made it ready for me to live in for the next fifty years! Being a single woman, I was worried about being taken advantage of and paying for things that may have been unnecessary. After one conversation with John, he helped me find cost friendly solutions that my other bids had not even offered. John truly had my best interest in mind. John and his crew put on a new roof, gutters, expanded and rebuilt our deck, knocked walls out and created an open concept kitchen by adding a breakfast bar and removing a wall, replaced old siding, added new counters and backsplash, installed new lighting and electrical in many parts of the house, and tiled our kitchen and bathroom floors. John doesn’t nickel and dime you, and would often eat the cost of something even if it cost more than he thought, just because it would look better, last longer, or it was just the right thing to do. His crew worked around us while living in the house at the same time the remodel was happening, and were also so sweet to my dog, who I’m sure was extra “helpful” to them at many points in the project. John is a great communicator, and i would highly recommend him for any work that you need done. Thank you for an amazing transformation John and crew! John and crew did an outstanding job replacing tub and shower combo AND squeezing in a paint job; painting the bathroom walls, ceiling, trim and cabinets. I'm very happy with all and will be using All Phases for future work.

John at All Phases Building is probably the only honest and competent contractor left. To make a long story short, before we hired him, we basically got screwed by a shady contractor. This other guy had falsified documents to show that he was licensed and bonded (we have since learned that you can verify that with the state) and did two projects for us. Towards the end of the second project that was 3 months behind at that point, we realized that he did not know what he was doing but was really good at faking that he knew what he was doing. We fired him and started trying to find a new contractor to redo all the work. Not only was John at All Phases Building the most competitive bid, but he was extremely punctual and professional. On the second day of the job after he had taken it, one of his workers showed up 3 hours late. John had taken over the work in his stead and fired him. Our job was scheduled to take one week with the previous contractor and was already 3 months late, when John took over, and he took that very seriously. He finished everything only a couple of days behind the revised schedule and it was because of unforeseen circumstances over which he really had no control. I cannot recommend him enough. Whatever it is that you want done, he and his crew can do it. Our neighbor wanted a similar job done to what we had and John did the work for them as well. There were even some crazy circumstances where they couldn't get a specific type of electrical box because of COVID and John spent all day scouring ebay until he found the right one. He goes above and beyond. You owe it to yourself to at least have him come out and give you a bid. If I ever have any other remodel work, he's the only one I would trust to do it.

Outstanding. Very knowledgeable, great crew. Don't want to work with anyone else. We had a 100% house gutted remodel after a fire. They rebuilt it in 4 months, even though we had a 40's house and nothing was truly straight or level. It would have been less but mortgage company and city slowed them down by a month.
