- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are based out of Olympia, WA. Local single cleanings are $249, and the quarterly service (4 cleanings, once every 3 months) is $799. The farther from Olympia, the higher the prices. The price range for single cleanings is $249-$449, and the price range for the quarterly service is $449-$1299.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet our customers on their first cleaning, however it is not necessary. As long as we have access to the hot tub, and electrical outlet and a garden hose, we can take care of everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have worked in every aspect of the hot tub industry for the last 25 years. From building them, to repairing them and cleaning them. We can help with everything from purchasing a new or used hot tub, to cleaning your existing hot tub.
