- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are compensated for the on-site work and deliveries, along with materials or disposal. Our rates are quite competitive for the quality results we accomplish. We have lower overhead so we are able to offer competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1)Getting a consulation over the phone then setting an appointment. 2) Meeting for the estimate which includes viewing the property and offering my suggestions when needed. 3) In-person presentation of Estimate to explain our professional process step by step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am a member of the Washington Association of Landscape Professionals and am committed to on-going education. I am always reading on methods and increasing the understanding of my career.
