We've been serving our customers for 1o going on 11 years in Washington State.
We believe in providing an intersection of Massive value, highest quality work, good communication, interpersonal effectiveness, thorough and informed craftsmanship in the projects we undertake whether it be from raking leaves, mowing a lawn, pruning an apple tree, repairing a washing machine, installing a hot water heater, to building a deck
Ideally, we develop a rapport and even a friendship with our customers. Our favorite customers are those we work with on their properties over many years. but we are just as happy to develop rapport with clients who only need our services for one day for a couple hours.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to price a job either by the hour or by the project.
for projects we ask for the cost of materials and 1/2 of labor up front. the 2nd half of labor being due within 31 days of the job being completed to the satisfaction of the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally talk with the client on the phone or through messaging to get to know them a bit and get a feel for what their to do list is. Then we schedule a time to view the property where the work is to take place and hopefully meet the customer in person if that is possible.
If the client wishes to continue we either schedule a time to begin, or spend a week putting together a quote if this is a project shaped job.
