Rossco responded within a couple minutes of my thumbtack request yesterday afternoon. I’m an avid DIY’er in the middle of a bathroom remodel, but I needed several valves replaced and plumbing is not in my wheelhouse. Jake arrived early this morn — he was everything you could hope for professionally and personally. He thoroughly and thoughtfully answered every question I had. Rossco offers a free estimate, which I approved, and Jake was able to start immediately… The completed work was exactly how I hoped it would be. Rossco was the first company to respond to my search and sent a plumber to my house the next day. Jeff did a great job fixing my issue and Rossco did it for a very fair price. Hopefully I won’t have any more plumbing issues but if I do I’ll definitely reach out to Rossco.
