Estimate visit: A fee of $75 to $100, depending on the scope of the project, is charged for the on-site visit and evaluation.

At Home Care Clean, we believe in being honest and transparent about our services, our prices, and what each service includes.
Unfortunately, sometimes customers choose the most affordable/basic maintenance option, but afterward expect the results of a full deep cleaning. These are two completely different services.
A regular roof maintenance is designed to maintain the roof: removing loose debris, cleaning gutters as agreed, and helping prevent buildup and future problems. It is not the same as a deep roof cleaning, which requires significantly more time, labor, equipment, treatment, and attention to heavily accumulated moss, dirt, and debris.
We understand that everyone has a budget, and we always try to provide different options whenever possible. However, choosing a lower-cost service does not mean that a contractor should be expected to perform additional work for free.
It is disappointing when someone agrees to a specific service and price, then expects additional work that was never included and uses a negative review as pressure to receive more work without paying for it.
Our goal is not to be the cheapest company. Our goal is to provide honest work, fair pricing, clear communication, and reliable service.

Please make sure you understand which service you are selecting before approving the work. If your property requires a deep cleaning, we will explain it and provide that option. If you choose basic maintenance instead, please understand that the results and scope of work will be different.
