I have been working with Mr Rooter of Tri Cities for years now. They are very quick to respond to my emergencies and even general work that I have. I really appreciate that they show up with the tools that they always need to get the job done and they have experienced crews to solve my problems. I work closely and often with Spencer and Brian and they have been my go to for a majority of my problems over the years I trust them with all my plumbing needs and the are great at communicating with me the issues they find and what its going to cost and what they plan on doing. Fast service, same day appointment for clogged drain. Great service and good communication throughout. Knowledgeable and fixed the issue in short order. Little on the high side for price, but worth it for the fast same day service, and I don't have to fix it.

We have an up-front, flat rate pricing model. Our professional plumbers explain what services they are going to perform—prior to starting the job. You will be presented with options to make informed decisions about your plumbing services.
