- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with listening. It starts with our dedicated contact center team to understand each customer's concerns, goals, and availability to address the needs they have. From there, we send a professional expert in their field to evaluate the system or project, explain available options, and provide clear recommendations through education rather than pressure. Once a solution is chosen, our licensed technicians complete the work according to code and industry best practices. Before finishing, we test everything thoroughly and walk the customer through the completed work to ensure they feel confident and informed.
