He showed on time and introduce himself. Richard explained what he was going to look for and why. He was very thorough with each part of the house. He used a infrared camera that looks for water in the walls. I received his report the same day with pictures and arrows pointing to any defect. With explanations of all of it. Than you A+ Home Inspection!!!!

Excellent inspection from the buyer perspective and the sellers perspective. Addressed all issues in a way that critical items were identified and normal wear and tear items were not dramatic.
