## Seattle Painting &Remodel for Outstanding Painting & Yard Service Highly RecommendedI hired this team for exterior painting and yard maintenance, and they exceeded every expectation. Their pricing was fair and transparent, quality was top-tier, and the crew was consistently friendly and reliable.- **Professionalism:** Clear communication from the first estimate through project completion. They arrived on time, kept the site tidy, and respected my property.- **Quality:** Paintwork is flawless even coverage, crisp lines, and careful preparation (power washing, sanding, priming where needed). Landscaping and lawn care were done with the same attention to detail: neat edges, healthy-looking plants, and thoughtful pruning.- **Value:** Rates felt very reasonable for the level of workmanship. No surprise fees; the final invoice matched the quote.- **Reliability:** They stuck to the agreed schedule and completed the job within the promised timeframe.- **Customer service:** Friendly, courteous crew members who answered questions patiently and provided helpful aftercare tips.If you want a dependable, high-quality painting and yard service Seattle Painting Service wont break the bank, this is an excellent choice.

I highly recommend Seattle Painting and Remodel. Felipe and his crew did an excellent job painting the white trim on our house along with painting our porch and expertly repairing the rotten trim boards on our porch and under our garage window. They were all hardworking and very polite. The workmanship was very high level. They were on time and meticulously cleaned up the area at the end of the work day. We were so pleased to find a company that could do do all of the work, pressure washing, painting and repair at such a quality level for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Seattle Painting & Remodel to others. In fact...they already have work scheduled for two of my neighbors as they could also see the quality of the work.

My wife and I never liked the color of the house we bought but after several estimates we got we found out it was just too expensive and not within our budget. But then one day one our neighbors in our neighborhood was getting their home painted and because it looked so good I thought why not ask one more time if these guys could give me an estimate. I really thought that theyd come back with something that was going to be totally out of our budget but when I saw the numbers, I immediately reached out to them to secure a date to start the project! It was a no brainer-I saw the work they do and now saw their very competitive pricing and I couldnt say no! In the end my wife and I are extremely pleased with the final result and have put this company into our phones to secure their contact info if or likely when we will need to have more work done! The whole crew were very polite and friendly and a pleasure to work with. And now, my neighbor across the street saw how much more beautiful our home is that they asked for the companys contact info! Boom, drop the mic, these guys are GREAT!

Felipe and his crew did a great job painting the exterior of our home. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and very skilled. The price was very affordable. They went above and beyond by replacing some weathered wood. They even pressure washed, cleaned my gutters, and offered to clean my patio. Two thumbs up!!

I had my entire fence completed by Seattle painting and Remodeling. They were quick to complete the job and updated me as things moved along. They also were very proactive when there was a question on something unforeseen and put extra time into a concern or a needed change based on how the previous fence was completed vs the new fence.
Seattle painting and Remodeling LLC's reply
