My experience was AMAZING! The support that Gretchen provides is UNREAL. she makes you feel seen and heard and then walks alongside you during your journey. I constantly felt supported and knew that I could achieve my goals. She really helped me realize that I could set attainable health goals and that I could change my relationship with food. It really was an amazing experience and I go back to our conversations frequently!
