- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. Depending on your project needs, we either charge for a half-day or a full-day of work. We will complete any repair you may have in that time frame, so there's no need to break out the calculator.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will be able to offer a quote either over the phone, or in person for more in depth projects. Once you approve the quote we typically have the repair completed within a few days.
