Cascade Fire Solutions has been woman owned and operated since we began in 2018. Our team members have over 40 years of combined experience in the fireplace industry. Our main focus is custom fireplace remodels but we also offer service, repairs and installation. Our service department works on most makes and models of gas fireplaces. We can make your old one shine and work like new. In our showroom you can find many of the fireplace brands we carry including Enviro, Marquis, Heat and Glo and Empire. The service tech came to give me an estimate for a somewhat easy job of running an already established outdoor gas line to a natural gas bbq. The tech immediately started upselling me to more expensive grill and hoods and even tried to sell me a conversion kit for a natural gas grill. He was obviously “swinging” for the fences and quoted me an estimate of 2775$ that I eventually had done for 500$.

The guy was pretty rude over the phone to me plus it seemed to the owner their more interested in selling new units rather then repairing them
