Wonderful! Miraculous that he could get such an old fireplace working well and certain safety. Love the knowledge he applied, the cleaning to perfection and certainly the tuneup. Great experience. Feeling warm and cozy again! Thank you!

I needed a job done with very short notice and they responded quickly and got it done. The technician was very knowledgeable and didn’t stop working until he fixed my fireplace.

Repair and service call - They came out next day, knowledgeable, cleaned it out, confirmed the part to replace and tested it and put back together. Came when they said, friendly, communicated well before and during the visit, which is huge! Charged as quote estimate. Grateful.

We had a part that needed to be replaced and had already purchased it separately. The team let us know that, in addition to replacing the part, they require a service fee for a full inspection and cleaning. We agreed, and I’m so glad we did. After installing the part we provided, they found that the fireplace still wasn’t working and proceeded with a thorough inspection. During that process, they discovered a leak that we would not have known about otherwise, which was a huge relief for our family’s safety. They explained everything clearly, provided the additional parts needed, and repaired the issue. In the end, our fireplace was fully fixed and now looks like brand new. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to safety.
