I had an issue with my Gas Fireplace. It was not lighting up even though the pilot is up and running. the fireplace starts and dies in few mins. Reached out to few folks. This team was responsive. They provided a one price quote (not initial to check and then detail) for service and were upfront if it requires Parts that's separate. Martin was punctual. Setup was very neat. Identified the issue, fixed it, cleaned the fireplace (haven't touched in 25 years), repainted it and made it look new. Great to work with and will recommend to anyone. Thank You

Great experience diagnosing and fixing a 20 year old majestic fireplace. Martin was polite, kept the work space clean, and diagnosed the issue quickly and was prompt in getting replacement parts. I had him service our other two fireplaces which we learned had not been installed properly and had not been cleaned in over 20 years. Highly recommend.

They got me in quickly, despite being incredibly busy this time of year. I appreciate that they told me who would be coming, prior to my appointment time, so I knew it was indeed their employee.
