We had a part that needed to be replaced and had already purchased it separately. The team let us know that, in addition to replacing the part, they require a service fee for a full inspection and cleaning. We agreed, and I’m so glad we did. After installing the part we provided, they found that the fireplace still wasn’t working and proceeded with a thorough inspection. During that process, they discovered a leak that we would not have known about otherwise, which was a huge relief for our family’s safety. They explained everything clearly, provided the additional parts needed, and repaired the issue. In the end, our fireplace was fully fixed and now looks like brand new. I really appreciate their professionalism and commitment to safety.
