The team was professional, punctual, efficient and honest. We enjoyed having them, and they finished on time and under budget. We had unforseen obstacles for flooring issues, and Vlad was helpful and didn't use it as an opportunity to price gauge. We would feep. Vlad and David were communicative which is often a challenge with trades. They quoted installing lvp we purchased the same day they did the walk through. We had a friend help us start the floors and we started them backwards. The laundry room was installed crooked. When David quoted he was the only one out of 3 that spent more than 5 minutes measuring. He politely asked why the floor was in reversed. He was the only estimator to notice. They have professional sanders and nail guns and other equipment to do the floor right. This is not a diy project, hire theses guys. They completed 1000 square feet in less than 7 hours. They work hard and quickly the two are a well oiled machine. They are polite and considerate. They do more than floors and I will hire them again. The first few photos were before they began. We pulled up all the carpet, tack strip and staples and nails. But they perfect the floors for installation by sanding and nailing the old subfloor. You will not be disappointed if you hire ultimate floors. I understand they install all types of plank flooring. I am thrilled with my floors. Ps. We are installing the baseboards that wasn’t part of our required quote.
