Magdaleno is thorough, detail-oriented, and takes great pride in his work. He did an excellent job replacing our fence gate and a fence post. His efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely be hiring him again for future projects. Highly recommended!

We found their work to be of high quality and they were very professional throughout our project. They seemed to know what they were doing, listened to what we needed, and made adjustments where they could based on our needs. The price for our project, which was repainting our deck, was very reasonable as they matched the price to another quote we got, completed the work timely, gave helpful insights, and ensured we were satisfied with the work before receiving any payments. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Details: Home • Two stories • One part of building • Less than 500 sq ft • Wood • I will buy the paint myself • Peeling or flaking paint

Magdaleno arrived on time, and was willing to negotiate a price that satisfied us both. He emptied my gutters the same day, and cleaned up the surrounding area nicely. He’s friendly and professional. I would definitely hire him again!

Magdaleno came out to give me a bid versus simply quoting a price. He followed up several times showing interest in wanting the job. Once hired the finished work met expectations. There were a few nuances that were worked through to satisfaction. The price was fair given the level of effort required.

My hope is I have now found my "go to" general contractor that I can look to first for projects going forward.

As an aside I would have included professionalism in addition to the three qualities I liked most except for being limited to 3 out of 5.
