Rob did a great job on my small project at a rental property and gave some options for both a quick/temporary fix and a more permanent fix. He obviously takes pride in his work and wants it done the right way. I appreciated the options as this is a rental property and the tenants are moving out shortly. I will be calling Hanna Pro in the very near future when the tenants move out and there will likely be a list of things that need to be addressed. Thank you!

Rob was a great handyman. He was very conscientious and efficient. I so appreciate it when people take the extra effort to do the job right. For example, we asked him to hang a large entry way picture and he made sure it looked visually appealing when you walk in the door. Those details really matter. We would definitely hire Rob again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For basic handyman services, I offer a Pro Handyman Service call for $149 plus tax. It includes up to 2 hours of labor and covers fuel recovery fee. I charge $59 per hour after initial 2 hours. (Billed in half hour incriminates.) Projects that are more detailed or complex and will take longer then 4 hours to complete will be priced on a per job basis. For these jobs a Detailed Project Proposal will be provided ($19 on-site Estimate charge)* $19 charge is waved if hire us for proposed project, work will not begin until proposal is approved by customer.
*Some projects may not require on-site Estimate, clear pictures a video call (Zoom or Google Meet) may be adequate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Journeyman Carpenter, certificate from Renton Technica College, with hundreds of hours if continuing education through Western Washington Carpenters Training Center. Also have taken Journeyman Upgrade classes and Foreman Training at the UBC Regional training center in Las Vegas. I have 1000s of hours of on the job training, at a very successful and efficient construction company, working along side some of the best Carpenters, Foreman and Superintendents, in Washington State.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoyed helping a recent client remodel her investment property to an AirBnB. It started as I was just going to install new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and baseboards where old carpet was. But as we talked she told me of her plans for new windows, fixing the roof, new composite decking and handrails.... So I told her I can do that for you. What part she asked me. All of it. lol
So over the next three plus months, we went through the entire house fixing and changing almost everything. Remodeling is something I really enjoy doing. Even though this wasn't some really old house, it was still fun. My client loves doing this kind of work too, well overseeing it anyway. She does interior design also so was educational for me, and I tried helping her to learn not to put limitations of her vision.
