The first thing I must say about Brad is that I don't remember seeing a harder worker in my life. He worked quickly and efficently for six solid hours without lunch or even a break! But the best part was the results. I do not think my house has ever been this clean! Windows, kitchen cabinets, woodwork, bathrooms, light fixtures - he did it all! He treated my home and belongings with care and respect, was absolutely meticulous in every task, and as a bonus was a friendly, outgoing individual who was enjoyable to talk with and even gave me some great cleaning tips along the way. I was so happy with the work I arranged to have him take care of the moss on my roof and clean my gutters in a few weeks, which is the work he really specializes in. I would not hesitate to recommend Brad to anyone needing a one time cleaning or the roof and gutter work. I will be sending business his way whenever I find someone in need of these services.

What a find! Brad and his worker transformed our roof (a huge job) and even cleaned our walls. They cleaned up afterwards as well. Impeccable work. We are fully satisfied.

Job is not done yet, we're waiting for drier weather to treat the moss on the roof. Brad came out yesterday, completely power washed 4 decks, the driveway and the porch, plus cleaned the gutters and downspouts. All EXCELLENT work. He is fast and and everything looks fresh. He has superior equipment and uses it very professionally. Brad is a keeper!

Brad contacted me the same day I e-mailed him. He answered all my questions and gave me a realistic estimate for cleaning two terribly dirty decks. He and his two sons arrived exactly on time the day of the job. After listening to his expertise with roof washing and treatment, I expanded the job to include that also. Because of the increased work, the job took two days. He also washed siding on two sides of my home at no extra charge. I am not only pleased with the results, but also, I am pleased and proud to have hired Brad and his two polite and hard working son's for the work.

Brad and his crew did an amazing job on our house. We were in a bit of a time crunch and he went above expectations to rearrange his schedule for us (and we were brand new first time customers).
We are extremely happy with Top Notch Cleaning Services, they not only cleaned the roof, but also did our drive and back patio at the same time. When they left they had cleaned the windows, gutters, roof, garage door, driveway, patio and walk. The house looked brand new. We have signed up for an annual treatment by Top Notch Cleaning too.
You will not be sorry hiring Top Notch Cleaning, their attention to detail, experience in roof care, and hard working old-school work ethic is wonderful to deal with. They are worth every dollar!
