Very friendly and was professional about the fixing. He also did inspection of things around the water heater although I hired him only to replace expansion tank and cleaned the burner. He also inspected the nest thermostat installed and gave tips on heater maintenance etc. overall very knowledgeable and easy to work with! His charged less than half the cost of other Hvac companies to do this expansion tank fix

I woke up to a freezing house and discovered that my furnace stopped working overnight during a snowstorm. I contacted a few heating specialists on Thumbtack and Sergui got right back telling me he’d have time the following day to come and diagnose the problem. I told him I was in a bit of a hurry because of the temperature and later the same day he contacted me again and said he could come that evening. It took him just a few minutes to diagnose that the inducer motor on my 17 year old furnace had failed. He showed me how to get it to come on so my house wouldn’t be freezing, took some measurements, promised me a quote the following day and then raced off to his next customer. I think he was going from house to house trying to make sure nobody froze in the snowstorm. He sent me a quote the following day and furnace was installed a day later. His quote was very reasonable for a good quality furnace and the installation went great. Very pleased with his responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of his work. Would definitely hire him again.
