    I will always work with my clients to find a rate they are comfortable with. We typically will start off with a consultation free of charge in order for me to get a better understanding of you, your goals, nutrition habits and health history.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Always start off with a sit down meet and greet so I can really get a better understanding of the individual I will be developing and training. We will set some realistic goals and become familiar with the process leading you into outstanding results.
