- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project gets one fixed price in writing after we see and measure your home. The visit and the estimate are free. The price you sign is the price you pay, with no surprise add-ons later, and we'll tell you up front if an option costs more or if there's a way to save.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free in-home visit: we look at your windows room by room, measure, show you options and give you one fixed price. 2. Before anything is ordered, our install lead comes back and measures every opening precisely, inside and out. 3. Your windows are built to order, then one crew installs them, protects your floors and cleans up the same day. 4. We check in after the install, and every job is backed by our 20-year workmanship warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has 15+ years of experience installing windows, siding and exterior doors on older Seattle and Eastside homes, with 500+ exterior projects completed. We are a Washington registered contractor (#EMERACC826PR), licensed, bonded and insured.
