Hassan was extremely professional, collaborative and friendly.
We wanted to install the Ring system and he has most experience with PoE. He explained the pros and cons of PoE and WiFi based systems and made recommendations too!
He was eager to learn and help too - he figured out a lot of the Ring stuff. He advised on ideal placements of all sensors as well as asked us for our thoughts.
Hassan was really easy to work with and though he’s been on Thumbtack for about 3 months, he has 6 years of experience with installing security systems. We would highly recommend Hassan!

Hasan installed 4 Reolink PoE cameras + an NVR system in our house. I had an extremely positive experience with him. Hasan's prices are fair and he is great at his craft.
He also provides excellent customer service - I had an issue a few days after installation where I could not remotely view recordings. Hasan promptly responded and resolved the issue on the same day.
I highly recommend Hasan for anyone needing help with their security camera setup.

Hasan did an excellent job installing two PoE cameras for our three-story house and provided highly competitive pricing. He assisted us in painting the molds to match our house’s color, and the wiring is neat. He is clearly experienced in this space and helped us configure the camera with the phone app. Additionally, he helped us with a last-minute video doorbell installation at no extra cost when we didn’t ask for that service initially. 10/10, highly recommend!
