Replacing our roof was a big decision, so we met with several contractors before choosing Gripco Roofing. A couple of the other companies made us feel pressured and kept pushing upgrades without really explaining why we needed them. With Gripco, the conversation felt completely different. They showed us what was going on with the roof, gave us different options, and explained where it made sense to spend more and where it didnt. We never felt rushed into making a decision. Once we chose them, the crew arrived as scheduled, kept us updated, and stayed with our project until it was finished. We felt like they genuinely cared about our home, not just getting another job.
