Josh was fantastic. He responded mid evening when I had a leak with my water heater hot pipe. He was there in an hour to take a look and repaired the leak within half an hour. Josh determined that the cold side also needed a preventative repair as the shark bites used were on the hot and cold side pipes. The hot just failed first. The work was done quickly and effectively. I had him come back to add a hose bib for the front of my house with a valve so I can wash my cars in front of my garage. Would happily call him again.

At first, we hired Josh to install a hot water hose bib on our house, after seeing his approach to Plumbing, we trusted him with installing a bidet toilet in our master bath, as well as a full house water filter system. Throughout the process, he was transparent, no surprise bills, very clean, and responsive to our questions.
We are planning to remodel our guest bathroom. We already spoke with Josh about what we’re planning to do and are excited to work with him again.
