My residence had reached eighty-two degrees due to the malfunction of my air conditioning unit, and he successfully restored its operation. I had been without air conditioning for approximately five weeks following a negative experience with another service provider. I am very grateful to have met Francisco and entrusted him with the repair of my air conditioning, which is now functioning normally and maintaining the appropriate temperature in my home. Being an out of town landlord is already difficult on its own. Finding trustworthy contractors is a completely different challenge. Mr Chavez fit us into his schedule to inspect and diagnose an issue with the ac unit. He was generous enough to waive a repair fee as the issue was simple. Francisco is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and got our AC running in a timely manner. The cost was also much less than some of the bigger contractors weve used in the past. In fact they have the best rates weve seen in town. Id highly reccoment Chavez Mechanical to anyone needing hvac or plumbing work done.

We recently had a new air conditioner installed and our gas furnace replaced, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. I really appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was perfect. He even took the time to walk us through how to use our new thermostat and equipment, making sure we were completely comfortable before he left. All the equipment is working really well months later and so much better than what we had before!
