Introduction: We are the area's leading provider of updating and remodeling from a women's point of view, and the only Professional member of ASID. We offer a range of services, including hourly consultations providing home decorating and color consultations, full home renovations and updates, outdoor living, and commercial projects. Since we are a general contractor, we are pleased to do complete remodeling projects for customers with the designs we have created or working with them on their own ideas. What types of customers have you worked with?
Renovations and updates are the things we do most. It is a great feeling for us to be able to work with someone in their own home, and to help them make the changes that will make their lives better or easier. Our second favorite work is updating homes for sale in the real estate market. It helps the home look brighter and more updated, helps perspective home owners be able to visualize themselves in the home easier, and makes the home sell faster. Third, we focus a lot on window treatments such as blinds, shutters and decorative pieces. These are things that may seem trivial, but can really make a house into a home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make a file of pictures of interiors that you are interested in and have them available when we have our first appointment. It will help us refine what you are hoping to achieve.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
People see our profession as very glamorous, but in fact, we are very detail-oriented project managers who just happen to get to work with great clients.
