I was very impressed with the taste, quality and presentation of James’ cooking. He even gave me tips about how to improve upon the preparation of dishes from my home country! He is clearly enjoys and is very knowledgeable about what he does. Would definitely utilize his chef services again.

I had a small lunch planned for 6 people, and Chef James presented me with a few options, all of which sounded delicious, but I went with the poisson cru for appetizer, citrus salad, and crab stuffed sole, all of which turned out delicious! Chef James was professional, and his food was amazing! Would definitely recommend to anyone hosting a lunch or dinner.
