- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases, we provide free onsite estimates. We believe honest, transparent communication starts with seeing the project in person so we can give accurate recommendations and options. If you already have a quote, we are also happy to provide a second opinion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or message our office and we will get you scheduled as quickly as possible. A licensed plumber will come out, assess the issue, explain your options, and provide an honest estimate. In many cases, we can complete the work the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every job is handled by licensed journeyman plumbers. Heritage Plumbing is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington, and we are committed to high-quality workmanship and code-compliant repairs.
