Called Heritage plumbing this morning as we had a leaking bathroom sink. They had 2 Journeymen plumbers , David Crider and his collegue ,at our home within 3 hours. They had the problem identified and fixed within 5 minutes of walking in our home. Now for the real important part ..... The charge for the fix was not only fair it was ZERO dollars. That's right no charge to help us out today. Also asked for an estimate to repalce a 20 year old water heater and they came in with the best price I've seen for installation takeaway of old unit and they deliver a 1 year warranty on everything and then the 5 year warranty form the maufaturer kicks in. if you are looking for Honesty, fair pricing - no surprises do yourselves a favor and call Heritage Plumbing ! Very fast response and repair! Really appreciate the professionalism, knowledge and how careful Dylan was with my pets while working in our home. He made sure they were safely inside and never let them slip out the door while coming and going. It may seem like a small thing, but as a pet owner, that kind of awareness means a lot! Will definitely use for future plumbing needs and highly recommend!

Well what can I say? Everyone here (admin, technicians) were absolutely amazing and did a great job! Good communication and we really felt taken care of. They installed our new sink and dishwasher. We will definitely use them again as we are slowly replacing appliances and doing updates to the house. A big thanks to Tiffany!

In most cases, we provide free onsite estimates. We believe honest, transparent communication starts with seeing the project in person so we can give accurate recommendations and options. If you already have a quote, we are also happy to provide a second opinion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or message our office and we will get you scheduled as quickly as possible. A licensed plumber will come out, assess the issue, explain your options, and provide an honest estimate. In many cases, we can complete the work the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every job is handled by licensed journeyman plumbers. Heritage Plumbing is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington, and we are committed to high-quality workmanship and code-compliant repairs.
