Our water heater decided to fail on a Friday evening. Nick came out and took care of replacing it that night, clearly after hours.Nick was courteous, professional and efficient. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In majority of cases we provide free onsite estimates. We pride ourselves in Honest, Transparent , Quality plumbing and what better way to do that than give you an estimate on your project in specific. If you already have a quote, let us come give you a second opinion!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or message our office and we will get you scheduled right away to have a licensed plumber out to go take a look and provide you with an honest estimate for your project. In majority of cases we come prepared to do the job same day! No waste of time, quality plumbing done right the first time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Journeyman Plumbers on every job. Licensed bonded and insured with Washington LNI. Contractor and Plumbing licenses
