- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee covers same-day diagnostics, basic labor, and travel within our service area. If your appliance needs parts, we’ll provide an upfront, flat-rate quote before proceeding. We use only factory-certified, OEM components whenever possible. Sales tax applies to parts and labor, and any optional add-on services (like deep-cleaning or extended warranty coverage) will be discussed before you agree. You’ll never see hidden fees—our goal is an honest price that reflects fair value and dependable work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Scheduling: You call, text, or book online, and we confirm a convenient appointment window - often same or next day. On-Site Evaluation: Our technician arrives in a clearly branded EasyFix van, greets you, and walks you through the diagnostic process. We visually inspect and test your appliance to identify the root cause. Transparent Quoting: As soon as we know what’s wrong, we provide a detailed, flat-rate quote - no surprises, no pressure. You’ll see line-item costs for parts, labor, and taxes. Repair & Verification: With your approval, we complete the repair on the spot whenever possible. If additional parts or extended work are required, we explain why, pick up any necessary OEM parts, then return to finish. Before we leave, we walk you through how we tested the appliance to ensure it’s running safely and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead technician has 12+ years of hands-on experience repairing household appliances, backed by formal technical education from a certified vocational program. Beyond that, we attend factory training seminars for major brands - Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, Whirlpool, LG, Samsung, and more - to stay current with the latest models and electronic control systems.
