TJ was able to come within a couple of days--it wasn't an emergency, but we did want the microwave fixed before the weekend. He arrived on schedule and fixed the problem. Couldn't ask for more. Nice to know someone who repairs all home appliances for future needs who is close by. Thank you!

This was my first time ever on Thumbtack, needed a dryer repair, had ordered some likely parts from Amazon to replace, and just thought I needed somebody to open up the dryer, replace them and voila. Tracy's quote was very reasonable, and he came quickly. When opening up the dryer, we found out two different parts were actually damaged, while the ones I got were not needed. I had to order another part, and he came back on a Sunday to finish the job. Then he did some extra checking regarding our vent which was clogged, and discovered the exit pipe on the outside had been blocked, explaining the overheating issue. Thanks to his thoroughness, my dryer will probably last longer.
In short, Tracy is very professional, courteous, has attention to detail, and has great rates. I would personally recommend him for any appliance repair project.
