We are an Indie brokerage which allows us to offer lower fees, faster service and use tech daily in Oregon and Washington.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide interested clients with current market info, property research, direct home searches on our un-bloated website we created after 21 years of real estate XP. Our goal is to treat you like friends and family and assist you in finding a home that fits YOUR needs/wants, not ours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
21 years of Realtor experience has led our team to closing over 100 transactions per year for many years. We are expert in pricing, negotiating, marketing, creating state documents, home searching and knowing right from wrong.
