- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a very reasonable price for a quality professional service. I do everything by the room at a flat rate. This makes giving a quote over the phone much easier.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A five minute phone call where the customer describes the job and I give them a quote. Next, I find an available spot that works for both of us and we schedule a date. On the day of the appointment I arrive usually 15 minutes early and do a walk-through with the customer to confirm the quote. I then do the work, collect payment and make sure they have my contact info for the next time.

Earned my IICRC certifications in carpet cleaning in 2012.
