I had an excellent experience with Chris and his team! Despite being out of town, he helped with providing a quote incredibly quickly and scheduled our gutter cleaning and a repair to one downspout the next week. The guys who came out for the cleaning were efficient and effective (plus had a good sense of humor). Chris also went out of his way to fix and clean up the leaky downspout free of charge even with a separate trip out. 10/10 service - we will gladly use them again in the future!

First Response came highly recommended in a local group and I reached out to them to clean my gutters. Chris responded quickly and was able to come out within days to take care of it. After completing the cleaning, he mentioned some areas of concern he saw on the roof as well as on the old gutters. I could see his close attention to detail after receiving 4 roof inspections and no one noticing the particular area that Chris had pointed out. After having a new roof installed, and seeing the damaged plywood be replaced from that area of concern, I knew I needed to reach out to Chris again at First Response to install new gutters. His bid was lower than the roofing company and he and his team came out to install brand new gutters. They were knowledgeable and professional, and their price was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing help with their gutters. It gives me great peace of mind to know that when rainy season hits, the new gutters will offer better protection of my home.

I've waited until the rainy season for this review so I could give a full review. Definitely 5 stars. Communication was excellent. Chris came out to measure for an estimate, explained options, and gave me a line item estimate with options included. The estimate was more than fair from what I have seen recently. The team knocked out the job on my 2 story house in one day. In addition, Chris had slightly overestimated the total length needed so he knocked off the difference between estimate and actual. It may seem like a small thing but that level of honesty is to be admired. Seriously, I would have never known the difference if he had not mentioned it. After the first few heavy rains I can report that there are absolutely no leaks and no off-level runs. Highly recommended!
